Pregnant women told to stay out of the sun - Telegraph
Extract:
"The RCOG stressed that women should not panic, but take steps to protect themselves.
It said that, alongside increased body temperature, signs of heat exhaustion included tiredness, light-headedness and a dry mouth and throat.
It also issued a list of tips for expectant mothers.
They included keeping covered up with loose clothes made of natural fibres such as cotton; drinking plenty of fluids; eating light meals such as salads, vegetables and fruit; avoiding coffee, tea and alcohol; and avoiding strenuous exercise."
The main thing that pregnant women should avoid is SALT!
