A very good feature of my stay in the NGH was the excellent help I received from Katie, one of the physiotherapists who works with patients on the wards. The exercises she gave me to do on my arm were very helpful, and she has a very friendly, encouraging and positive manner.
This morning I went by ambulance to my first physio appointment in the outpatients dept and was helped by another very friendly, encouraging physio called Rachel.
