End fertility treatment on the NHS, say doctors - Telegraph
Extract:
"Three quarters of British doctors say they do not believe that couples should be able to get free fertility treatment on the NHS, according to research published today.
A survey of more than 1,000 GPs and hospital doctors showed that 70 per cent said that the NHS should not pay for every type of operation but there was no consensus on what the NHS should fund. "
I believe that most members of the public are also of the opinion that the NHS should not be paying for fertility treatments. They would rather NHS money be spent on treating people who are ill, not people who are infertile, even if some doctors try to re-define infertility as an illness, which, patently, it is not.
Most women can improve their fertility by reducing their salt intake. - This is because reducing salt intake reduces any fluid retention, which is the cause of obesity, and there is a positive correlation between obesity and infertility.
Lose weight by eating less salt! Go on! - Try it! - You will feel so much better!
