Shoppers queue for hours to buy 'elixir of youth' - Telegraph
Extract:
"Boots stores across the country were overwhelmed by middle-aged customers hungry for an anti-ageing cream that has been sold out for the past month.
More than 100 people queued outside the company's flagship store in Oxford Street waiting for its doors to open at 7am as new stocks of its No 7 Protect and Perfect Beauty Serum finally hit the shelves.
Stores in Nottingham, Manchester and Edinburgh also opened early to cope with the demand. Other branches reported long queues."
I've no doubt that creams like this are helpful, as are moisturisers, but to preserve youthful looks, the best thing to do is stop eating salt/sodium, or at any rate, to cut down on salt and salty food. - What are usually thought of as signs of aging, or diseases of aging, are actually not caused by the passing of the years at all; they are caused by sodium retention and its accompanying water retention, often coupled with dieting/'slimming', always a damaging procedure.
