Doctor Who: "The Lazarus Experiment".
The baddie this week was a Professor Lazarus, who, in his seventies, wanted to be young again. His apparatus transformed him so that he looked a young man, but it had changed his DNA, which kept causing his body to mutate into a ravenous monster needing to suck the life-force out of its victims.
Needless to say, the Doctor, with the aid of his assistant and of his trusty screwdriver, saw off the baddie...(o:
That's enjoyable TV fantasy, of course. - But here is some serious and genuine advice that will delay the aging process for you and will, indeed, make you look - and feel - younger and fitter within as short a time as just a few days! - And it won't turn you into a monster...(o: - And all its side-effects are beneficial...(o:
My advice is to give up eating salt and salty food - permanently.
