Trust me I’m a junior doctor
Extract from Max Pemberton's article in the Telegraph:
"Tanya didn't need weight-loss tablets and she certainly didn't need their side-effects. Being told to stop taking them was the best tip she'd get all day."
It is not necessary to take drugs or to diet in order to reduce weight. Excess weight can easily, safely and rapidly reduced by minimising intake of salt/sodium, eating good healthy meals and plenty of fruit and unsalted vegetables. (There is no need to restrict calorie intake or fat intake: only sodium intake. - So avoid salt and salty food.)
Lose weight and improve your health in many ways without drugs or expense by eating less salt! - Go on! - Try it! - You will feel so much better!
