Why is it so easy for slim people to stay slim?

Well it's not because they are careful what they eat! - As you know, slim people can eat as much as they like of anything they like and not put weight on... - They certainly don't have to count calories...

And it's not because they take a lot of exercise. Many of them take no exercise at all.

And it's not because of their metabolism! - What nonsense that idea is!

No. - It's because they have healthy veins that don't get distended/swollen, causing fluid retention! - Fluid retention is what causes weight gain and obesity.

For all of us who are not slim and who would like to lose weight - our veins have become weakened. - We have to reduce our salt intake in order to reduce the fluid retention. - So eat less salt and you will lose weight.

It's very interesting. Read about it:

Lose weight, reduce your risk of most cancers, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, stroke, heart disease, vascular dementia, osteopenia, osteoporosis, hypercholesterolaemia, depression, liver and kidney problems, and improve your health in many other ways without drugs or expense by eating less salt! - Try it! - You will feel so much better!
