When you eat less than your body requires, your body has to try to live off itself. - So your bones will get weaker, your skin will become thinner, your nails will weaken, you will lose some hair (which will not return...)o:) - And you will GAIN weight, because your blood vessel walls will get thinner and weaker, and thus your blood vessels will hold more water, and the increased fluid retention will increase your weight.
