Have you ever gained a lot of weight in just one day?

Have you ever gained a lot of weight in just one day? - If you have, then you are, perhaps, puzzled at how that could be possible. Here is the answer to the puzzle:

The weight you have gained is water weight, also known as fluid retention, sodium retention or salt sensitivity. It is often caused by pharmaceutical drugs prescribed by doctors. See anti-depressants and other drugs and HRT, Steroids and other drugs. It can also be caused by pregnancy.

You can read on my website about the vulnerable groups that can gain (and lose) weight very rapidly. They include children.

You can lose water weight fast, easily and safely. You can also safely lose excess fat.

Quick, safe weight loss without drugs or hunger

Quick, safe weight loss without drugs or hunger: most importantly you have to give up dieting and counting calories. Dieting is harmful and unnecessary.

Lose weight, reduce your risk of most cancers, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, heart attack, vascular dementia, stroke, osteopenia, osteoporosis, hypercholesterolaemia, depression, liver damage and kidney problems, and improve your health in many other ways without drugs, hunger or expense by eating less salt! - Try it! - You will feel so much better! In the last week I have received two emails with content that may interest 'slimmers'.

The emails had been sent to me via my website. Both were thanking me for the information on my website as they had found it very helpful.

One woman had written to tell me she had lost 3 and a half pounds in a week by following my advice to reduce salt intake. Another woman, a former nurse, had written to tell me she had lost 7 pounds in 4 or 5 days by following my salt reduction advice!

If you are trying to lose excess weight, I urge you to try this way of losing weight. It is safe and simple and it involves no hunger and no drugs.

Diets don't work! - Salt reduction does work.
