If you have been misled into believing, as I was misled years ago, that margarine was a healthier option and that saturated fats were bad for your heart and made you fat, etc then for your health's sake you need to read the evidence, which clearly shows that margarines are the baddies, and good dairy butter has been wrongly maligned both in the past and in the present.
