One of them is Alli, which interferes with fat digestion causing very unpleasant side-effects, and the other is Appesat, which is said to reduce appetite. Both of them are potentially harmful and neither of them is necessary for losing excess weight. - You do not need to spend money on pharmaceutical junk in order to lose weight.
