Sodium in foods

  1. Hi, I'm Lee, 25 years old and I was diagnosed with a craniopharyngioma brain tumour in 1995, I have had to take prescribed medication for which I have to take them for the rest of my life, I am on Hydrocortisone, and thyroxine tablets and I just found out they contain sodium.
I am 15 stone and I have tried diets and they do work, very little though. Would I lose weight by taking water retention tablets? And could I still eat some of my favourite foods with sodium, lose weight by still taking these tablets? lee.craig.stewart@gmail.com. Thanks.
