Vitamin D Deficiency in Pregnancy Linked to Caesarean Risk

Vitamin D deficiency greatly increases a pregnant woman's likelihood of having a Caesarean delivery, U.S. researchers report.

  2. If you click on the Vitamin D deficiency tag under my post you will find a great deal more information about vitamin D deficiency and recommendations about how to remedy it. Insufficient vitamin D leads to many health problems. It is the sunshine vitamin and so in countries with low levels of sunshine there tends to be more vitamin D deficiency. Milk and low fat yogurt are two good sources of vitamin D.
