  1. I don't know about salt, but what helped my plaque psoriasis was - I believe - the champori cream and spray. I tried many things before that (uv, too), and nothing worked. Now I am clear for almost 6 years, after only a month and a half of champori treatment. Also, I quit smoking and drinking, and maybe that helped, too.
